How to modify my profile?
You have to log in, using the text box on the top left corner of the website, in order to be able to modify your profile. To login, you need to enter your ID (usually your lastname, without any space or punctuation mark) and your password. If you have forgotten your password, see below.

How to retrieve my password?
Click on "forgot your password?".

How to register?
You cannot register online. The database entries have been set in accordance with the EU-China Junior Managers Training Programme records. If you're an alumnus and cannot find your profile in the database, please send an email to .

How to use my profile?
You can use your profile as a personal webpage to send to companies: the address of your profile is http://www.eucma.org/identifier.

How to use the search engine to browse the alumni profiles?
The search engine is a simple text box where you may enter any keyword related to the profile that you are searching for. For example, if you are searching for an alumnus:
Who is currently or has been living in Beijing, simply enter "Beijing"
Who is working in IT and live in Shanghai, enter "shanghai technology"
Note that the search-engine is not case sensitive.
If you look for specific values in specific fields, for instance "all the Spanish people", then it is better to use the "Advanced search" (filter).

How to get in touch with the representative of my intake?
Click on "Contact".

When the Intake/Group is not defined, what does this mean?
This online database contains information regarding the alumni of the EU-China Junior Managers Training Programme in addition to various individuals closely affiliated with the Programme. If the 'Intake' or 'Group' fields are not defined in the database, this implies that this particular person is not an alumnus, but rather a teacher, a Programme Management Office member or other special guest.

What formats are authorized for the CV document upload?
Your CV upload is configured for the following formats: Word, Text, HTML ou PDF.

Do I have to upload my CV each time I modify my profile?
No, you just need to upload your CV document when you decide to put a new one.

What is the use of the CV Data field in the profile update page?
This field is a free field where you can put the content of your resume (just do a copy-paste, without any care of the presentation) and also keywords. This field will be indexed in the database and will be used by the search-engine. Given that the content of attached document cannot be indexed by the database, this field allows visitors to also search the content of your resume.

Who can acces the non-public fields?
When updating your profile, you can select the fields that will be public. The public fields can be seen by anyone, and the non-public fields can only be seen by people who are registered and logged in (alumni, PMO members, special guests).

I'm looking for an alumnus who does not appear in the database, what should I do?
Information on all the alumni of the programme are in the database, if only minimal information. If you cannot find an alumnus, please verify the spelling of his/her name.

I'm looking for an alumnus whose information is outdated. How can I reach him/her?
The EUCMA regularly checks the alumni profiles and requests alumni to provide their current contact details and information. However, should a profile remain outdated, feel free to report this the Intake Representative.

Can I write in Chinese in my profile?
Yes, you can write in Chinese in your profile, but don't forget that the website is only in English and attracts mainly English-speakers visitors who might be not able to read Chinese.

How do I download the documents from the Downloads page?
In order to download a document, PC users should right-click the link and select:
- "Save target as..." (Internet Explorer)
- "Save Link As..." (Netscape)
- "Download Link to Disk" (AOL)
from the dropdown menu that appears. Mac users should hold down their mouse button over the link and select:
- "Download Link to Disk" (Internet Explorer/AOL)
- "Save this Link As..." (Netscape)
from the menu. The documents can be zipped, in such a case you need to use Winzip to unzip them.
Most of the documents are in PDF format. You need to use Acrobat Reader to open them.
