Robinson Steinke

Born in Berlin, Germany, Robinson started his career working for architectural firms as a construction drafter and then spent several years as a 3D artist on major film productions.
Since 2001 Robinson is working as Entrepreneur, running a media company and working as freelance producer, production manager and production supervisor.
Early 2007 he moved to Beijing and in late 2008 joining the EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Programme (METP).
After METP he first worked for a Chinese media group as a the director of their international department and opened up my company called VFX Alliance before joining Pixomondo Beijing as executive producer in their public art department.

More than 10 years of entrepreneur experiences in the field of language services. (May 2000-Present). 5 years of work and management experiences in a state-owned large-scale company, which is specialized in manufacturing and international trading (July 1995-May 2000). Diverse educational background, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, M.A. in Language & Culture, and Training Programme in Business & Management. Specialized in company startup, strategic planning, marketing and branding, translation, localization and globalization solutions.

Teppo Helles

After participating in the 2nd METP intake in 2008, Teppo has been tightly involved in strengthening the collaboration between the JMTP (1999-2003) and the METP (2007-2011) intakes, which constitute the members of the EUCMA. In China Teppo has specialized professionally in the field of online media and branding, while entrepreneurially serving local governments and NGOs in PR and event management – Including the establishment of the China Investment Forum. Overall his experience spans over 10 years of business management, 15 years abroad (Germany, Australia, the Netherlands & China) and a diverse international educational background (B.Eng. in Media Technology, M.Sc. in Business management), with main specialization in business process management, branding and PR.

More than 8 years work experiences in Chinese Top Law Firms built her the ability to provide all-around legal service for the enterprises with the commercial and dispute resolutions. Once exchanged to Hogan & Lovells Frankfurt office(2010), Studio Legale Arnaldi Caimmi & Associati Milan office(2010), Des Voeux Chambers (2011) and LEUNG & WAN Solicitors(2009) in HongKong for the practice of international investment and international arbitration.

Alessandro Celestino

Holding a Masters Degree in International Cultural Management, since 2008 Mr. Celestino works as project supervisor at the Sino-Italian Cooperation Programme for Environmental Protection, in Beijing. He has many years experience in EU Funding Projects, research and demonstration projects in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development. His main efforts in his first year mandate have been dedicated to restart EUCMA, adapting it to its enlarged dimension, with the adhesion of the new incoming members, and launching new initiatives like the Business seminars and the Photo Contest and Exhibition.

Since 1997 till now he is heading Freight Care Marine Service Co., Ltd. located in Shanghai. Re-elected for second consecutive year Mr. Lin is consistent in his vision to promote EUCMA in China on national and regional level by organizing events and provide assistance to members, who work or visit Shanghai and the area.

Mira Lioleva participated in the 3rd Intake of Managers Exchange and Training Programme. She has a Bachelor degree in Internation¬al Economic Affairs and currently she is completing her Masters Degree in International Business. Prior joining the METP pro¬gramme, she has over eight years professional experience in the in¬ternational shipping industry, last four years of which as an import sales manager in the trade lane China - Black Sea. Ms. Lioleva is well affiliated with shipping systems in China, South East Asia, Far East, Middle East, Gulf States and USA. In her recent placement as a Business and Government Affairs Manager at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, she is directly managing several business forums and working groups, such as Human Resources, Small and Medium Size Enterprises and Electronics Forums and Logistics Working Group. The last one keeps her involved in the logistics and supply chain management industry from a different perspective. Currently she is located in Shenzhen.
