Because of potential liability issues, EUCMA is only able to offer free access to the data base and message board services ("the Service") if you accept the following terms. The Service is provided "as is" and without any warranty or condition of any kind, expressed or implied, subject to the provisions contained herein for your private personal use only. Any other use or attempt to use the Service for commercial purposes, promotional products and services, or other such purposes directly or indirectly, by you or by a third party is prohibited.
In no event shall EUCMA be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the provision or failure to provide the Service
EUCMA does not control the content posted by the Service and as such does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You understand by using this Service you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will EUCMA be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any point been posted or e-mailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
Content distributed by you through the Service:
(a) You are solely responsible for your content and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your information. However, we reserve the right to remove content from our Service if we believe it may create liability for us or any partner or affiliate or any users. - Transmit via www.eucma.org any information that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right.
- Destruct the normal flow of information on or through www.eucma.org or otherwise act in a manner which negatively affects other participants.
- Post content that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines.
- Translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, copy, alter, merge into other software, reproduce, rent, lease, lend, distribute, re-market or otherwise dispose of this website's chat rooms or any part thereof.
- Impersonate any person, other user or EUCMA representative.
(c) EUCMA reserves the right to remove you from and deny you access to the Service or any part of the Service if you attempt to do any of the foregoing prohibited activities or otherwise for your failure to abide by these terms.
(d) EUCMA shall not be obliged to actively monitor the information users deliver or send on or through the Service and shall not be responsible for any information received on or through www.eucma.org.
